Privacy Policy & Data Safety
AshVeda Global Technologies ("we", "us") operates the website ashvedaglobaltech.com and the mobile app AGT Interview Hub. This page explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how you can control or delete your information — including disclosures required for Google Play Data safety.

3. Google Play Data safety summary
- Personal info (name, email) — collected for account management; not sold; used for app features and support.
- Financial info — payments processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- App activity — questions viewed, unlock status, quiz/AI usage stored to provide the service you requested.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Access to production data is restricted to administrators.
- Data is not sold to third parties for advertising.
4. Third-party services
- Razorpay— payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy).
- Google Firebase — optional Google sign-in on the mobile app.
- OpenAI — when you use paid AI answers, question context is sent to generate a response (no sale of data for ads).
- Cloudinary — hosting images for website/admin content.
- Railway / hosting provider — API and database hosting.
5. How long we keep data
We keep account and purchase data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, access records, AI history, and payment linkage from our database within a reasonable time. Server backups may retain data for a limited period before rotation.
6. Your rights & delete account
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- Mobile app: Account tab → Delete account (permanent).
- Website: Log in → profile menu → Delete account, or email us at ashvedaglobaltech@gmail.com.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Paid access and saved AI answers will be removed.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
